Services

DSD Valets provides mobile vehicle valeting and cleaning services. The exact service provided will be agreed at the time of booking, based on the vehicle condition and the package selected.
 

Bookings and Cancellations
 

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling are made with reasonable notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge.
 

Access and Location
 

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the vehicle, including sufficient space to work. If access is not available at the agreed time, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
 

Vehicle Condition
 

Heavily soiled vehicles or vehicles requiring additional work beyond the agreed service may incur an additional charge. Any such costs will be discussed before work continues.
 

Damage and Liability
 

DSD Valets will take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by faulty or fragile components. Any concerns must be raised at the time of service completion.
 

Payment
 

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
 

Changes to These Terms
 

DSD Valets reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
