DSD Valets provides mobile car valeting and detailing services at customer premises, dealerships, and business locations.
We do not provide paint correction, body repairs, or mechanical services.

3. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once agreed via phone, email, or message.

Customers must ensure safe access to the vehicle and sufficient space to work.

Access to water and electricity may be required unless otherwise stated.
Failure to provide suitable access may result in cancellation or additional charges.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at booking.

Payment may be required upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Late payments for commercial or fleet accounts may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice.

Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before work begins.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from previously weakened paint, trims, or fittings.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is in unsafe condition.

As a mobile service, work may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions that affect service quality or safety.

8. Liability

While we take the utmost care, DSD Valets shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our service

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9. Satisfaction

Any concerns must be raised before the vehicle leaves our control or immediately upon completion.
